The training is easy to use and should take less than one hour to complete. After registration, complete the ‘Welcoming International Visitors’ course, then select the region you are based in and complete the course about your county.

England’s Coast is designed for staff working in tourism businesses along the coast. It is particularly relevant for staff with a customer facing role.

To take part you need to register and create an account. Once registered, you can come back to the site whenever you want to.

2. Welcoming International Visitors

This compulsory module tells you more about international visitors, the key markets for the coast and how to respond to their needs.

3. Choose your region

The product knowledge part of the programme is divided into six distinct regions. Learn more about your region and what it can offer visitors.

What is England's Coast?

England’s Coast is designed to raise awareness of the quality and variety of our Coast and make it easy for international visitors to book a holiday. Designed specifically for international visitors it focusses on six key areas of the coast and is translated into German, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian.

The site provides inspirational content using new interactive video technology, as well as details of accommodation, activities, places to visit and transport options.
England’s Coast is being promoted to consumers as well as the travel trade.
