Welcoming International Visitors
Complete this course to learn more about how to provide excellent customer service to visitors from overseas.
This module has four lessons covering the basics of providing good customer service and some useful information about our key international markets. It tells you more about who these visitors are, how to attract them to your business and how to make them feel welcome.
Some of the lessons are divided into topics and there are links through to relevant websites for more detailed information. Read through each lesson in turn and don’t forget to mark complete at the end of each topic and again to complete the lesson. Then go on to the quiz which has seven multiple choice questions. When you have completed the quiz and scored 7/7, you can go on to one of the regional sections to complete the England’s Coast Ambassador programme.
